This is Flynn from the movie Tangled and the game Kingdom Hearts 3 ( https://www.deviantart.com/xelandis/art/KH3-Flynn-XPS-814193722 ). It's setup for Eevee. Pretty decent model and materials. I suggest you use this model when you do cartoon stuff, because using the generic dude with Rapunzel or Elsa for example is weird, since his proportions are not cartoonish. Have fun :)
