The file includes only the outfit. It fits Mets' Ultimate D.Va https://smutba.se/project/176/ . Just append the whole collection ("xmas") and parent the outfit parts with armature deform, they're already weighted painted (not perfectly though). You'll also need to mask out D.Va's hands and legs.
