Ready to use in blender 2.8 in EEVEE or CYCLES (Default)
Properties settings:
       .- Top, top pulled up with bra, top pulled up no bra, bra, no top
       .- Pants, pants pulled down, no pants
       .- Panties on and off
       .- Boots on and off
       .- Normal teeth/Demon teeth
       .- Makeup on/off
       .- normal pink hair/ Black hair with horns
       .- 2 different outfit skins black/red (Style property)

Maybe an odd question, but how do you work with such a model? I opened it but there are no options to select or deselect the cloth etc properties. How do I get to use them?

You will have to select the armature, and in the armature setting tab in the properties panel there are layers for different subjects (fingers, torso, face, genitals, etc.)

For everyone wondering why you cant see the armature or any of the lights from the scene, in the bottom right there is the "Show Overlays" button that needs to be enabled to allow you to see the objects. Took me a good hour of troubleshooting to find the issue.

I just started doing this on blender but the body doesn't follow the rig at all unlike ruby.
