Its everyone's favorite big tiddy goth Gym teacher!
Just a headhack for the most part, I cant for the life of me find the post to credit the uploader, if I do Ill update this. It had a normal map from sculpt, but even though it was saved, blender lost it somehow. So I'll have to get around to remaking one, Looks ok without one for now though.
Basically the same as Nemona, face rig is garbo, used for small tweaks, all face anims are done with the shape keys. Someday Ill figure out how to properly weight paint these anime faces.
There are 2 shape keys that dont do anything labeled "Do not delete". For they break the shape keys they are tied to. A relatively easy fix, just tedious and didn't do it yet.
