This file was made in blender 3.3.1 .

Make sure to install Rigtools to be able to access the FK options.

For full access to the cel shade material use Cycles when rendering.

Ok I know he took a bit longer than expected but here he is for everyone to enjoy, now, normally I try to test my models a bit more before releasing them but because of how long it took to finish this man I decided to post him for public right away, so yeah.
