-For some strange reason the IK of the legs doesn't bend properly, so instead you should use the FK bones instead, if making an animation just make him be on a pose that won't require to move the legs much...
-The chains don't follow the rig properly, i parented them since they werent during import. Move the bones of the chains when you see clipping.
-He doesn't talk. Sadly i can't implement voice lines to a 3D model on a dynamic way, so you just gotta deal with adding them in post yourself (satire)
