This is xzCrystal3D's model with custom skins of Skarlet Classic + Femme Fatale.
The project doesn't have MustardUI or stuff like this, so if you want to change outfits, make sure to play with mask in the mesh modifiers.
All other outfits from original .blend file were deleted and changed to these one (to be honest, not at all, MK9 outfit was left here as well, just why not)
Everything was polished as best as I can, but as I'm not a guru of 3d modelling the project has some minor issues:
As the outfits were ported from XNALara, I had issues while working with textures. Actually, they look quite decent, but hair looks weird, because last one doesn't have adequate bump map (well, it's just solid light blue). Maybe I'll fix it later if I play with textures and bake normal map (not experienced wit Substance Painter, sry), but we'll see;
I've done my best in attaching outfits to the mesh, but Femme Fatale's mask doesn't bend properly while you're rotating jaw bone (as in previous point, it'll be fixed when I figure out the cause of it);
Oh, and one more thing: the model has morphs, but they only work with MK9 Outfit, you'll need to sculpt the others if you want them to fit.
On the other hand, I've made some improvements too (well, I think they are improvements):
I played with the textures of the original body mesh, added specular a little bit to the skin and made eyes more saturated, because in the original they looked like Skarlet's blind;
IK target's of the original rig were kinda broken (they didn't work, lol), so I played with the constraints and looks like I fixed them.

Depending on your specs choose between 2k and 4k textures (wotrth noticing, that resolution of new outfits' textures doesn't alter, only MK9's one and body mesh's).
As new outfits use XPSShader in their texture setup (I was too lasy to change all of them to Principled BSDF :D), make sure to download and install XNALaraMesh addon.
If you see pink textures, just head to File - External Data - Find Missing Files and choose folder with textures.
