This is Baymax from Big Hero 6 (KH3 model).
Rigged with all needed controls + plus chip changer + his chest screen UI with different options.
Check the properties panel under Item for bone layers, properties etc.
I used the pretty cool cartoonish looking generic peen https://smutba.se/project/534/ by DaegodoesNSFW. I didn't merge it with Baymax's mesh, because it looks just fine as is. The peen came with cool shapekeys and you should "select all the peen bones, set Transform Pivot Point to"Individual Origins" and then rotate as you please. Same with balls. They are set to Bendy Bones to give smooth curves." For more info on the peen check the creator's blend file.
