Sgt. Calhoun from Wreck-it Ralph, sculpted in Daz3d and Blender.
Use the properties panel to dress the suits, don't do it manually from the outliner.
Diffeomorphic addon is REQUIRED (v1.5 preferably, because 1.6 seems buggy). If you get bugs with torso and breasts try to clear all transforms of all bones.

UPDATE v1.1 : Updated for Blender 3+. Fixed certain diffeomorphic bugs due to Blender updates.
