Base model by Mets, but you already know that!
However this has been tweaked here and there over a year as I've needed changes. This rig is also chock full of physics to have fun with.
I highly recommend you check out the tutorial I wrote for this rig, and have a look at the example walk cycle file.
Make sure not to use the walk cycle file to make anything as it is outdated! Use it just for getting to know the physics workflow.
