This uses the rig and body from SwurstErotic's Mercy (https://smutba.se/project/7927) and I tacked on the head from the actual Overwatch model.

If you just want the original Ashe model it should be on Open3dLab soon(still in moderation atm).

Here's a MEGA link for now: https://mega.nz/folder/WRRiXIQB#f1fDQQuzLkBJ5VKE_CaFpA

General Info

-You need the 'textures' folders and it needs to be in the same place as the blend-file

-If textures are still not showing correctly try this in the blend-file:

File -> External Data -> Find Missing Files -> open the textures folder and hit 'find missing files'

-You need blender 2.82

-the body has a mask modifier so that there is no clipping with the shoes, disable it if needed.

If you have other problems or questions just ask, I am not here very often though.

It wasn't quick but it's quite dirty.

-The Hair is a different model since the hood hides most of the hair (I didn't feel like remodeling the missing parts) but it looks quite similar.

-There might be redundant stuff, like bones that might not do anything(or I haven't weightpainted), empty vertex groups and the like. I cleaned up most of it though.

-The head is kind of a mess but it's mostly hidden by the hair. You will have a neck seam though (feel free to fix).

-The skirt weight painting does the job but you should probably just use a cloth sim if you can afford it(there are some cloth pin groups, or just make your own).

-non user-friendly face controls :)

It isn't as bad as it sounds, the rig and actual model work quite well. But just so you know.

Hey, do you have the textures and are they in the same folder as the blend-file? Otherwise try this in blender: File -> External Data -> Find Missing Files and specify the 'textures' folder.

Is it still not working for you? :(

I'm also fairly certain that you have to be using Blender 2.82 (2.81 doesn't work for some reason).

Hey, there is a mask modifier on her body which you have to disable for her legs to show. Sorry for the inconvenience :O

does it come with face controls?

Yes, there are quite a few bones from the original rig but nothing for simplifying animation (e.g. you need to animate all eyelid bones, there's no master bone or drivers)
