This uses the rig and body from SwurstErotic's Mercy (https://smutba.se/project/7927) and I tacked on the head from the actual Overwatch model.
If you just want the original Ashe model it should be on Open3dLab soon(still in moderation atm).
Here's a MEGA link for now: https://mega.nz/folder/WRRiXIQB#f1fDQQuzLkBJ5VKE_CaFpA
-You need the 'textures' folders and it needs to be in the same place as the blend-file
-If textures are still not showing correctly try this in the blend-file:
File -> External Data -> Find Missing Files -> open the textures folder and hit 'find missing files'
-You need blender 2.82
-the body has a mask modifier so that there is no clipping with the shoes, disable it if needed.
If you have other problems or questions just ask, I am not here very often though.
It wasn't quick but it's quite dirty.
-The Hair is a different model since the hood hides most of the hair (I didn't feel like remodeling the missing parts) but it looks quite similar.
-There might be redundant stuff, like bones that might not do anything(or I haven't weightpainted), empty vertex groups and the like. I cleaned up most of it though.
-The head is kind of a mess but it's mostly hidden by the hair. You will have a neck seam though (feel free to fix).
-The skirt weight painting does the job but you should probably just use a cloth sim if you can afford it(there are some cloth pin groups, or just make your own).
-non user-friendly face controls :)
It isn't as bad as it sounds, the rig and actual model work quite well. But just so you know.
