[Overwatch] Complete Necropolis map ported and setup for Blender + .fbx.

Title pretty much says it all already:

Necropolis map from Overwatch, day version. You can change it to night with a different HDRi and reducing the sun strength. You can find all the controller empties for objects on layer number 3, or you can just select everything and press alt + p and clear parent keep transformation.

Note: The blender file contains all the textures already, the fbx doesn't.

Another note: Many of the normal maps in the material setups are just set as bump maps, but I didn't bother fixing them all with the correct normal map nodes, so if you make a scene with close up of something, I'd suggest fixing the normals for that part at least.
