-The rig is destroyed in the conversion process, so there are only autoIK for now.
-The materials didn't survived the conversion either. I did setup some materials randomly as a temporarily solution, but also included every texture it had, so if someone wants better results he can play with them.
-Some object, bone, morph names are changed during conversion.

-the extra meshes master and belf basic skin variations have, but they didn't have improved textures
-a retopologied version of basic armor
-a somewhat customizable material for skin
-It's still wip, so there are stuff to fix
-It's made for blender 2.8, but it's probably more easily importable to other blender versions, than the max version, but it uses Principled BSDF, so appending to version earlier than 2.79 breaks the materials.
-It has high memory usage.
-The previews are rendered with Eevee with bad lights.
-Extract the flooder named "Textures" from the .zip, and put it next to the .blend file.
